Platform
From scheduling to outcome, in one place
The institution defines the care pathway once. The ecosystem builds each patient's schedule from the enrolment or intervention date, chases responses through the channels the patient uses (email, app, WhatsApp and others) and calculates the individual and global score in real time.

Care pathways that apply themselves
The care pathway holds the study design: which questionnaires, in what order, how many days from enrolment or intervention, with how much tolerance before an alert. When the patient is enrolled the whole schedule already exists — and chasing responses becomes the system's job.
The same patient can take part in several care pathways without being registered again
Who fills in each instrument is defined in the study design
Instrument locked after the first response, to preserve the series

Same sequence, same instrument, at every centre
Multicentre scheduling
Appointments, pending collections and deadlines from every centre in a single calendar. Pending items appear grouped by patient, with the response window visible before it closes.
Customisable PROMs
Any instrument, built by the institution itself: single or multiple choice, numeric, date and text. Scoring rule, section grouping and legend are set in the configuration.
Omnichannel communication
WhatsApp, email and SMS in the patient's language. The response link needs no username or password — each dispatch carries its own security key. There is also a collection chatbot, by text or audio.
Telehealth with no install
Up to ten participants in the same call, in the browser, with no app and no login. The link goes out with the date and time through the channel the patient already uses.
Authorisation profiles
View, save and delete permissions assigned by responsibility in the workflow. The institution decides whether one centre can see another's patients. Access with two-factor authentication.
Export with no rework
One row per patient, one column per question, with a stable variable code and a legend. Ready for SPSS, STATA, Excel, programming languages or AI models.
Methodology and Evidence
The methodology is published, evaluated and in production
Both articles describe the architecture, the collection method and the verification mechanisms that are in production today. Both in the
International Journal of Medical Informatics, Elsevier.

Multilanguage health record database focused on the active follow-up of patients and adaptable for patient-reported outcomes and clinical research design
Describes the database: a collection schedule generated from the enrolment or intervention date, automatic real-time scoring, per-patient dashboards, structured export and questionnaires in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Connecting verified databases with clinical practice and the patient's experience through omnichannel communication
Describes the current ecosystem: communication by WhatsApp, email and SMS, a collection chatbot by text or audio, telehealth with no install, and authenticity and integrity verification by SHA-512 hash.
Authenticity and integrity are not a contractual promise. Every exported dataset carries a verifiable code: whoever receives the database checks its origin and content without depending on us.
SHA-512 hash
Applied to the collected data and to the exported file, with an authenticity link sent alongside
Response origin
Authenticity of patient and professional responses recorded by IP address and geolocation
Three-layer encryption
Sensitive information encrypted in the database; the database is reached only by the system itself, behind a firewall
Two-factor authentication
Professional access by username, password and 2FA, with permissions from the authorisation profile
Infrastructure and compliance
Hosting in datacentres under HIPAA, HITECH and ISO/IEC 27018
Who it is for
For people and institutions following patients in clinics, hospitals and research centres
Health plans and self-managed funds
Outcomes measured by care pathway, not just claims. Follow the covered population across providers and compare results using the same instrument.
Institutes and research centres
Study design, collection schedule, dashboard and export in one place. Each database has its own code and participating centres linked to the coordinator.
Universities and graduate programmes
Databases with verifiable integrity for dissertations, theses and publication. Collection in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with the language following the respondent.
Clinic networks and medical groups
Several centres, one health record. Authorisation profiles define who sees what, and the patient is registered once for all pathways.
Medical societies and registries
Multicentre registries with a standardised instrument and active patient follow-up by WhatsApp, email and SMS, with no team dedicated to chasing responses.
